Our non-medical grade Adult Reusable Ribbed Face Cover 5 Pack is created to keep you safely covered whenever you venture out. The covers are designed to cover the mouth & nose to minimise risk when leaving the house. The double-layer covers are crafted in soft and stretchy organic cotton & bamboo with a cotton lining and can be reused after washing. They feature over-the-ear loops which are stretchy to give a secure & adjustable fit and can be tightened with a knot.
Please note, this is not a medical-grade face cover and is not intended as a replacement for medical-grade personal protective equipment or recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19, including washing your hands and refraining from touching your face. This product makes no claims of antimicrobial protection, antiviral protection, particulate filtration, or infection prevention or reduction and has not been industry-tested. This product should be washed according to the instructions before using for the first time & after every use.
We created our face covers to provide protection for our customers as well as the wider community. By using a non-medical cover it will protect others if you are unknowingly sick, especially important when coming into contact with medical staff & essential workers.
Please note: our small face covering is labelled as child, but is also suitable for adults.

• Place cover over your nose & mouth and secure the loops behind your ears
• Adjust if needed to ensure your nose & mouth are fully covered
• Avoid touching your face or the cover whilst wearing

• Avoid touching the front of the cover
• Remove the loops from your ears
• Wash before reusing

• Ironing before use will kill any remaining bacteria
• Machine wash cold
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low
• Do not dry clean
Safety note: this face cover should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the cover without assistance.

Returns Policy
We offer free returns to customers living within the UK.
We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
To return an item to MORI, please contact our team via email at hello@babymori.com. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return. A member of our Customer Care team will reply back with the return label or commercial invoice. Return labels are only free to UK residents (excluding Jersey and Guernsey Islands).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:
- Underwear.
- Face masks.
- Personalised products, unless there’s a manufacturing fault.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items).
If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.
Exchanges
If your little one has had a sudden growth spurt & you need a different size, please contact our Customer Care team via email at hello@babymori.com with your order number and the item/s you would like to change. Please note, exchanges are only possible for customers living within the UK.
International shipping and returns
