FAQs

Who does MORI send parcels with?

MORI uses a host of couriers and postal services to try and get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. 

For the UK, we use EVRI for standard delivery. Next Day delivery is sent through DPD or EVRI.

International orders are sent using either DHL, UPS or Fed-Ex, depending on the location and which couriers operate there. However, a local delivery service would be used for the final delivery to your door.

Do I have to Pay import duty?

MORI ships all international orders from our UK warehouse. All these orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid and the recipient will be liable to pay any inbound duty.
As MORI sends orders from within the USA you will not have to pay import duty on any orders placed at US.babymori.com.

Orders going to full EU member states placed on EU.babymori.com should not be charged duty and VAT.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact our team at hello@babymori.com or on live chat we will try our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

It is possible that the warehouse has sealed the parcel but not labelled it as fulfilled at which point we would not be able to cancel the order.

Once the order has been fulfilled and left the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order and this would have to be refused delivery and sent back to MORI.

Can I change the order I made?

Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to change it. Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@babymori.com or via live chat & we will try our best to update it.

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we can no longer make changes.

How do I get Free delivery?

MORI offers free delivery on all orders going to a UK residence (excluding Jersey and Guernsey islands) which are over £65.

The total at checkout must be over £65 after any discount has been applied. Free delivery is only available for standard tracked delivery.

Please note free shipping does not apply to gift cards

How do I change my delivery address?

To change your delivery address on an order already placed or your Sleep Club subscription please contact us by emailing hello@babymori.com or via live chat.

Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that we can make a change to the delivery address.

If you have an account with us, you can easily update, add or delete the addresses linked to your account.

Where is my Parcel?

Once dispatched, you are sent an email with a hyperlink to track your parcel with the chosen courier.

You can also follow the progress of your order and access your tracking link from your MORI account here. The tracking number is located next to the products in the order details.

If the link is not working or the parcel has not moved in 3-4 days, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at hello@babymori.com, and we will look into this for you.

How can I claim my VAT back?

The UK government does not apply VAT to children's clothing and therefore no VAT is applied to the item leaving the UK.
