We have a 30–day return policy, return costs are charged at £2.95, this will be deducted from your final refund.

FAQs

Can I return my order?

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. 

  • All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items). 
  • If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
  • MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
  • To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items: Underwear, Face masks, Personalised products, (unless a manufacturing fault).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.

Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

To take care of our planet, we don’t include any printed returns labels or paperwork with our orders. To place a return please click here.

Do you offer exchanges?

MORI does offer exchanges however, these are limited to customers living in the UK only. To process an exchange, please click here.

Please note that Exchange stock is not reserved. If MORI were to sell out of the selected item a member of our customer care team will contact you with alternatives.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat or email hello@babymori.com. We require a photo of the damaged or incorrectly shipped product along with your order number.

Can I return my online order to a MORI shop?

Our store cannot process refunds for goods purchased online. To return your online order, please click here for easy returns.

In-store returns policy

If you’ve changed your mind or something doesn’t quite fit that you purchased at our store, you can return full-priced items within 30 days to receive a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned via post. 

Simply pop into the store with your receipt, and we’ll be happy to help. Items must be returned in their original condition unless faulty. 

We cannot accept items without proof of purchase from MORI. 

We’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Are there items which cannot be returned?

To ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:

Underwear.

Face masks.

Personalised products, (unless a manufacturing fault)
