We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.
Orders take up to 48 working hours to dispatch.
Personalised products take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

We offer free returns to customers living within the UK.
We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
To return an item to MORI, please contact our team via email at email@example.com. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return. A member of our Customer Care team will reply back with the return label or commercial invoice. Return labels are only free to UK residents (excluding Jersey and Guernsey Islands).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:
- Face masks.
- Personalised products, unless there’s a manufacturing fault.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items).
If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
MORI can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.
If your little one has had a sudden growth spurt & you need a different size, please contact our Customer Care team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item/s you would like to change. Please note, exchanges are only possible for customers living within the UK.
International shipping and returns
Free returns are not currently available outside of the UK. If you wish to return an item, the cost will be at your own expense. Please contact email@example.com for the required documentation to return items to our UK facilities.
Please note delivery fees are non-refundable
