Once you have selected the clothes you want to send, follow the instructions to send them to Lloop. They assess the items when they arrive and add your credit once they have been processed.

No. Eligible MORI clothing can still be traded in even if it wasn't originally purchased directly from us.

Simply add the item to your Lloop Closet manually before including it in your trade-in.

Yes. You don't need to separate your wardrobe by brand.

You can include clean, wearable clothing from over 300+ brands Lloop accepts in the same trade-in, making it easier to clear out several outgrown or unworn pieces in one go.

Please send clothes that are clean and wearable and that still have life left in them.

When your items arrive, our team checks each one and assesses its condition before deciding whether it can be resold. The condition also helps determine its resale value.

The amount you receive depends on the expected resale value of each item. Lloop considers factors including the brand, original retail price, condition and likely second-hand selling price.

Where an estimated value is shown before you send an item, the final value may change if its condition differs from the condition expected when it is assessed.

Return postage is free when you trade in 10 or more eligible items. Qualifying Lloop Clearout Bags also include free return postage.

Items accepted for resale are prepared for their next owner, condition checked, photographed and listed for sale on Lloop. We then take care of selling, packing and shipping them — so you don't have to manage individual buyers or listings yourself.

If an item isn't suitable for resale, Lloop aims to keep it out of general waste through its reuse and recycling routes wherever possible.

Please only send clean, wearable items from brands we accept, as this gives your clothes the best chance of finding another owner.
