Sleepclub FAQs

  • How does it work?

    Let us know your baby's birth or due date so that we can calculate the correct size (nb-18m), as well as your baby's gender, and we’ll send you sleepsuits each month that we think you’ll love. Your first parcel will arrive within a few days of your order. The following parcels will arrive every 4 weeks after your order date, unless you have requested to skip your deliveries until your baby is born.
  • Can I skip my deliveries?

    Absolutely. You have the option to skip a month at a time and not be charged. Membership automatically resumes the following month.
  • What's the surprise prints?

    These are a surprise :) Every now and again we will release new prints and you will receive these as part of your subscription. We will consider all of your selected preferences so you can rest assured that you will love them.
  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship worldwide! Our shipping prices vary on destination and method. To find out more please see our Shipping and Delivery information.
  • My baby isn't due yet but I want all the other benefits. How can I get involved?

    If you sign up and leave your due date, you have the option to skip your parcel until the month you are due. We will send you your first sleepsuit (so it's ready for you to take to the hospital), and the rest will come when you are ready.
  • I have a baby boy so don't want blush, is this possible?

    Of course. When you sign up you can select your baby's gender. This will automatically exclude the relevant colour from your subscription (blush or blue). Or simply select "Don't care", and we will send you a variety of colours and prints.
  • Can I choose my styles?

    We will select the styles you will receive (from front opening, back opening and zip-up). However, you can let us know any special requests before you check out, and we will try our best to take these into account.
  • How do I cancel my membership?

    If you'd like to cancel your monthly membership, you'll need to log into your account. From there, head to the Membership tab and you can cancel your membership. Otherwise, simply email customercare@babymori.com.

  • Will I get the same parcel every month?

    We will always try to mix up styles and colours for you, and occasionally we will surprise you with limited edition prints - some may be created especially for our members.
  • Will the items arrive in the appropriate sizing? What if my baby's growth rate is different?

    We have done a lot of research and optimised the sizing of our garments with the average growth rate of babies. However, we realise every baby is unique. So, when signing up for a subscription be sure to fill in the special requests text box with any other information we should know about your baby i.e special sizing requests or favourite style and we will be sure to adjust your membership accordingly.
